Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, it is nearly impossible to find a single person with all of the required skills. You will realistically need to hire a 2-3 person team to bring all of the Content Machine capabilities in-house.

We will map out a plan to deliver one piece of content every week. We will actually be working on more than one piece at a time to make sure you can publish one piece every week, even across holidays and vacations. If you have a sudden need, we can adjust the schedule, but we will still need about a week to deliver a new piece.

We have a distributed team of several designers with overlapping skillsets that will work on your projects. Most of us are in the pacific time zone. Copywriting and project management will happen in Southern California.

Our end product will almost always be an MP4 file. Occasionally, a project may call for an animated GIF or other motion file.

We are very flexible. You can view and manage your output plan through your Trello dashboard. If you have a sudden need, you can put that at the front of the queue and we will adjust the schedule for you.

We work hard to make sure you're 100% satisfied. You will have the opportunity to provide direction, feedback, and approval on every piece of content we create. Our designers are adept at matching your brand style and voice to make sure you love everything we create for you.

No. We provide content for you to post on your channels for your audience. While we do not mange your social accounts for you, we will do everything we can to make it easy and frictionless for you to post the content we create. With your permission, we may post some of the content we create on our own channels and tag you.

Our workflow efficiency and project quality comes from creating MULTIPLE pieces of content at a time. If you need a single one-off project, the content machine is not for you. Email kh@kr15.com and we can talk about a traditional project engagement.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

That is something KR15 can do for you, but it is outside of the scope of the Content Machine service and will be handled as a separate project.
